Get fit with a free fitness class offered in partnership with Recreation Services.  You do not need to register so come on by, but come early, these classes fill up quickly!  We offer a variety of classes so you have the chance to try a new exercise! If you love it, check with Recreation Services because they offer many of these classes throughout the entire semester.  All skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend the Move it Monday classes, but don’t forget your SU ID – it is required for entrance to the gym.

  • February 4 – HIIT
  • February 11 – Mat Pilates
  • February 18 – Black Light Zumba (wear a white or light color shirt)
  • February 25 – Cycle (Racquetball Court 9)
