Recreation Services
: Check out one of the six fitness centers on campus, open to students, staff and faculty. There are so many ways to Move It with Rec Services!  To help you kick start your Monday, we offer free fresh fruit every Monday at Archbold, Marshall Square and Ernie Davis fitness Centers! Free Monday fruit in the gyms starts January 14, 2013.

Also, check out the Move It Monday free fitness classes. Every Monday there will be a rotating fitness in the Flanagan Exercise Room from 5:10pm-6:00pm. We also offer an additional Move It Monday class on Fridays from12:00-1:00pm. There's no registration required, but be sure to get there early before the class fills up! Free classes start the week of January 28, 2013. Stay tuned for more programming information.

Pressed for time? Don't forget about the campus Monday Mile!  Walk the signed loop around campus for your quick fitness fix.

Food Services: There are so many ways to eat healthy on campus thanks to Food Services. Check out the Meatless Monday options available in all dining centers. Interested in today's dining center options? Click here to not only help plan your meal for the day, but to also learn the nutritional contents of what you eat.

Hendricks Chapel:Join us for Meditation Monday starting January 14, 2013. Come de-stress every Monday from 12:00-1:00pm in the small chapel room of the lower level in Hendricks Chapel. Meditation has been shown to lower stress levels, improve mood and increase overall well-being. There is also free fruit every Monday morning outside People's Place, also starting January 14, 2013.

Division of Student Affairs, Health and Wellness:  Learn more about how the Health and Wellness Division is working to promote the physical, emotional and relational well-being of SU students. It removes barriers to learning and intervenes on behalf of students whose wellness is in crisis. Check out their website Live U  to help support your healthy living!

SU Health Services: Quit and Stay Quit Monday will help you quit smoking! Health Services can help you make a plan to quit smoking, assist with decisions about using medication that suit you best, and provide ongoing support through the quit process. Call 443-9005 to make an appointment. Also, every Monday morning fresh fruit will available to students free of charge! And don't forget the free fruit! Visit Health Services at 8:30am or 12:00pm for your Monday fruit fix, starting January 14, 2013.
