Meatless Monday!
SU Food Services offers a daily variety of healthy, meatless options to help you go meatless on SU's campus. If you're looking for meatless specials off campus, check out some of our Restaurant Partners.  

Weekly Free Fruit!
Every Monday during the school year, free fruit is available at Archbold Gym, Ernie Davis Fitness Center, the Marshall Square Mall Fitness Center, Health Services, and People's Place in Hendricks. Extra deliveries of fruit are brought to Archbold at 12pm and 4pm and Health Services at 12pm. 

Move it Monday Fitness Classes!
Our Free weekly Move It Monday Classes are held on Mondays from 5:10-6pm and Fridays from 12:10-1pm beginning September 10th. Click here for the Move It Monday Schedule and here for the Fit Friday Schedule! 

Meditation Monday!
Meditation will be held on Mondays beginning at 12pm. Come and start your week stressLess!

9:00am-10:00am: Benefits of Tai Chi

Tom Wahl, President of the Syracuse Branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA will discuss the history and benefits of Tai Chi and provide a short demonstration. A free light, healthy breakfast will be served.

12:00-1:00pm: Benefits of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Susan Pasco Ph.D., LCSW-R, Associate Director at the Syracuse University Counseling Center will introduce the practice of mindfulness and its effect on mental and physical well-being in this experiential seminar. A free healthy, meatless lunch will be served.
