Welcome back to campus! We have a great lineup of programs this fall for our campus community, read on for more details and visit our Events & News page for the most up-to-date schedules. Here at Healthy Monday we want to make it easier for you to be well on campus. Whether you’re into fitness classes, healthy eating or keeping stress at bay, we have something for you! Many of our programs are offered on Mondays to help you kick off a healthy week but opportunities abound for our campus community to stay well all week.
- Free Move it Monday fitness classes are back and will begin September 11th. Before then, be sure to check out Recreation Services week of free classes in early September or walk the campus Monday Mile loops on north and south campus.
- Snack healthier. Every Monday you can find free fruit, courtesy of Healthy Monday Syracuse, at Archbold, Ernie Davis and Marshall Square Mall fitness centers, Health Services, People’s Place in Hendricks at at the CAB at Upstate. If you’re looking for more than just a snack, be sure to check out all the Meatless Monday options in the campus dining centers and cafes. You’ll find healthy meatless options on Monday and every day of the week.
- Before the stress of the semester gets the best of you, find ways to DeStress with us every Monday. Check out the weekly meditation in Hendricks or try out our free yoga class.
- Lace up your sneakers and join us in October for Walktober. This month long walking initiative and competition will keep you active and you’ll have a chance to get rewarded!
