What are some of the challenges you face when it comes to being healthy?
Some challenges I face with being healthy are the temptation of foods and finding time to exercise and prioritize. At moments we try to help everyone and we forget ourselves.
How do you try to work with or around those barriers?
I have been making life changes with the assistance of others to put myself first.
What piece of advice do you have for others (any nugget of wisdom that has helped you)?
It is very important to do things for you and at the end of the day you have to be happy. I am blessed to be able to get a fresh start and find what makes me happy. I have learned losing 1 pound is just as important as losing 100 pounds.
